Je viens de lire dans un magazine que le fonds Cerberus avait du mal à réunir la somme pour le rachat, suite au refus d’un consortium de banques de leur accorder un prêt syndiqué de quelques milliards de $ (je ne sais plus combien exactement, mais on n’est pas à quelques milliards près…).
